At R Theory Motorsports, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read the following policy carefully before initiating a return.

General Return Policy

All returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
Only new, unused, and uninstalled items in their original packaging are eligible for return.
A 20% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@rtheorymotorsports.com with your order number and reason for return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Custom or made-to-order products
Items marked as Final Sale
Electrical components
Installed or modified parts
Gift cards

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the item(s) and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund (less any applicable fees) will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Important Notes

R Theory Motorsports is not liable for damage caused during installation, track use, or improper handling.
We recommend test-fitting all parts before final installation or painting.
If shipping damage occurs, you must notify the shipping carrier and us immediately.
