If your windows are slow/hard to go up and down, it’s probably because of worn out window bushings. The grease in the tracks also pick up dirt and wear out the bushings even more. The delrin bushings are easy to install and will last a lot longer in comparison to the stock bushings as well as being self lubricating. The kit includes two bushings: one for each door.
