Canada
Standard Ground Shipping is always free anywhere in Canada. No minimum order required.
We also offer paid expedited shipping options in your shopping cart if you need your order faster.
United States
Standard Free Shipping
Orders ship for free via ground shipping methods within the USA.
Standard Free Shipping to the U.S. is shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), which means import duties or taxes may be collected upon delivery.
Prepaid Customs - No Tariffs Upon Delivery (Recommended)
For customers who prefer no surprises, we offer "Prepaid Customs - No Tariffs Upon Delivery" as a shipping option.
This option ships DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning all applicable duties and taxes are prepaid at checkout.
No additional fees will be due when your package arrives, resulting in a smoother delivery experience for you.
Expedited & Overnight Shipping
Expedited and Overnight shipping options are available to U.S. customers at checkout.
These services are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), and any applicable import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide.
International orders outside the USA and Canada are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
Import duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected upon delivery.
Shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout.
For customers who aren't in a rush, we offer low cost "Flat Rate Postal" shipping to Europe, Asia, South America, the Middle East, and Oceania. Shipments may take 1-4 weeks depending on location, and includes tracking from our warehouse to your door.
If you need your order shipped faster, we offer UPS and DHL shipping options are available worldwide at checkout.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and shipping method selected.
Important Note: Deliveries that are refused or returned due to duty non-payment by the recipient are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and additional charges may apply to reship the order.
